(Grrr) Rio Sport S35 linux support
 

I recently got a Rio Sport S35 for a gift

Alas I run in a linux only enviorment, and the rio Sport has no support there. They run a fucked up and wierd protocall over USB (I took a very breif shot at trying to write drivers myself, and gave up quickly)

Anybody have any ideas, as it's looking right now I'm gonna end up selling it on ebay, and I hate doing that to a gift.
