Nice Computer
We made this computer for a display at the company I work for. It's up for sale, but I don't know for how much.

ummm.... it doesnt look like y'all did much modding... mostly looks like y'all put premodded parts together...

JStrider said what I was going to say. It looks like all you did was put some cold cathode lights in it.

If it was going to be my computer, it would have been heavily modded. This one is going up for sale to a customer and will have a warranty behind it, so not much else could be done. I gotta cover my own ass when it comes to warranty work and make sure nothing I did will void manufacturer's warranties. I just thought it would be nice to post some pics of it.

d4in. Looks like your boss teased you to get your help in what would be cool. You made it look kinda pretty, but, tie up the wires, fix the aesthetics (black this, beige that, not fluid, not spiffy), pump up the power pieces, and you gotta great start!
Show him this thread buddy. He will either fire you, or give the 'puter to you. Or, he could throw the 'puter AT you after he/she fires you! Either way, thanks for sharing a pic or two of your first computer mod. Do a TFP search for BoCo, "rust bucket", or case mod. Oh, I could show my case, yet, it is full of feathers. Hey! I thought Ostrich feathers were cool! Burned Ostrich stench from the case, not so bad. I don't know if it is better tasting, or, less filling. Either way, it looks good cooking inside a 'puter case. |
