IE question
I recently used Mediacom Online as my ISP and the install disk they had given me has caused my IE bar at the top of the screen to read "Microsoft Internet Explorer provided by Mediacom Online" and I was wondering is there a way to get rid of this. It doesn'y cause any problems, just tired of looking at it...is there a way to put my own message there instead..in case you need the info I am running Windows XP and IE 6.

From Microsoft. I never install the disk that comes from an ISP. It usually never gives you anything you don't already have built-in to Windows. |
