Finished the bulk of my case mod PICS!!!!!
I've finished the hard part of my case mod. I've cut out the window and painted the case. All I have to do is buy a professor frink action figure, make up a bubling test tube, and buy and mount a cold cathode, don't know what color yet, probably green. The case is flat black, and has a pretty big window in the side. I will post pics in the morning after I get the plexi glued in.

Sure you want to glue that bud, what if it scratches or something?

well to me, the look of the computer is entirely superficial, in that it has no other real meaning. So it isn't really art for me, although it depends on what you mean by art. To me, art is generally more than just aesthetically pleasing ie looks cool. I don't really need a course in art appreciation as it is a qualitative and also personnal thing, so i can appreciate it for myself , i was just wondering why some poeple like to do it, cause i don't imagine you spend much time looking at the case??? (maybe if it looks cool tho ) Mainly becasue the purpose of a computer isn't related to how it looks. Although do they ever have any kind of competitions for this?
i guess i understand what hydralisk was saying To the next question tho, what is more important to you, whats inside or what your computer looks like? and to what degree would you sacrifice whats inside to get an aesthetically pleasing case? like if you're on a budget or something? |

Wel I don't have any current pics, because my camera is being a douche, but I have this pre cut with the pattern on. It is painted flat black, have yet to decide the fans, hell I may not even end up using this case, I was just given a larger one with a whole lot more space inside and a 3 piece skin instead on a one piece
