Problem with my Adobe Products. Asking for Reactivation
Thread closed. We do not discuss methods of pirating/cracking software on TFP, even if the poster claims to have a legal copy.

like windows, when you activate it for the first time it becomes associated with a computer ID and so when you try to reactivate it it fails. Try the activation by phone and talk to a customer service agent about it. That is what I had to do when I upgraded my mobo as well.

Oh, sorry. When you wrote that I thought you meant you were using one right now, while trying to reactivate it.
Well, then the only thing I can think of is to use a program like regsupreme, which is more efficient than just searching the registry. The version of regsupreme I have gets rid of all registry keys associated with a certain software, even the non-obvious ones. The other thing would be altering your hosts file to prevent adobe products from connecting to the internet. |
Got it working, had to backup and reload the OS. damn that sucked.
