Web Cam Audion Issue
Just got a pair of web cams for Xmas (one for me, one form my parents). We can see each other over AOL IM, but we can't hear each other. We both tested our web cam's microphones and the web cam software confirms that it can "hear" us, but we can't hear each other. Suggestions?

i know it sounds stupid, but have you turned your speakers on?
