Discs to smalll!! I need a Program!! Quick reply please!!
Well i found a great website where i could download a bunch of programs and what not but the discs i have only hold 700 mb is there a program that i could find on the internet that instead of putting it on a disc would put it directly onto my hard drive??

Can you give an example of the website?
If you're putting the programs on a CD you should be able to put them on your hard drive easily. No illegal stuff on this board though so if it's free illegal software then all we can do is give you vague answers. |
Hah i wouldnt do that kind of stuff since i dont have virus protection on this computer I have a paid subscription to Mmosite.com. I downloaded a 15 part file put them all into a folder and extracted them. When i try to open them it uses the toshiba disc program. What im wondering is how do i change it so that it uses something else that would directly install it.

I sometimes use daemon tools to facilitate a transfer when I have an 800mb CD which doesn't fit on a 700mb disc.
|
When it extracts the files to the folder, what kind of files are you running? As in what file do you click that results in the Toshiba program starting?
|
well i used winrar to extract them to that folder and when i open the folder it has toshiba disc already set as default
|
what is the file type?????

im assuming they are .ISO in which case you can use winrar or daemon tools or alcohol 120 to run the image from your hard drive need more information!! |
Right click the files and click properties to find out the file type. Then, you can see what other programs are available for opening that type of file by clicking "Open With.."

yeah it is to .iso so what do i need to do now??
