Saving streaming audio from windows media player to disk
Do any of you guys know how i can record internet radio content? I wanna record some of the live DJ sets from BBC radio 1XTRA. Is there some way of doing this, short of using the minidisc plugged into the pc?
I use windows media player, the radio station doesn't seem to work with winamp. |

I haven't really looked into this myself, but I found a nice little links directory for software that may be useful here:

Total recorder is just what you need. It's a great program that turns whatever your soundcard outputs into a .wav or .mp3. it's it's pretty cheap to register to, well worth it.
http://highcriteria.com/ What confuses me is this program is actually able to capture audio in faster then realtime, sometimes speeding up the app making the sound....I have no idea how it does that. -happymaan |
