I need help to fix my computer
 

Currently, I'm using windows xp pro and I've had no problem with it.
The problem is that my windows unselects everything like when you have windows on your screen and you click on blank desktop, then you've selected nothing.. and the windows stay on...
It pisses me off when i'm playing games because it leaves to the desktop.
I can't find the cause..There is no suspicious program running in background and I checked for spywares, popups, and virus
I used spybot search and destroy, Adware 6 (updated) and Proxomitron.

I'm considering to format my computer and reinstall everything..

Explain more of the problem so I can get a better understanding of it.

open a window(while you are on that window) and click on the desktop(not icon) and see what happends...

I am not sure if I get what you mean. But I guess any graphical operating systems do that, and that's normal. Try to maximize your windows so you won't be able to click outside of it.

DUH!

It's SUPPOSED to do that.

The function of "Show Desktop" is exactly that.
Just incase you are one like me who has many windows running at the same time, with a cluttered desktop, it is that function.
