I keep getting this pop up for i think it is called secure PC, i have run my Ad aware and virus software but it does not pick up anything. any out here have an idea??

If this is a new computer, it is probably part of the protection system. I just got this Vista computer with its HP protection center and it drove me nuts so I disabled it in Control Panel.
