Virtual Midi Keyboard
Anyone know of a virtual midi keyboard/midi controller? A friend threw me his old copy of Reason he doesn't use anymore as he upgraded to a "real" program. I've always wondered if I'd be any good at making digital music, and figure I'll mess around with it before sinking any money into it if I can do anything decent. However, I don't have a midi keyboard, and don't especially want to spend even 100.00 on one if I'm just going to suck.
So, any ideas? Thanks in advance! |
I used to know of one but i forget the name. I would REALLY like to know if theres a good one out there!

Thanks, LoganSnake! I tried searching for one, but couldn't find any that were free.

now i got a quick question. IF i don't have a software like Reason, how can I listen to what I play on these mini keyboards? is there another software "like" reason that would be free ??

I'm using the Bome's keyboard that I found listed in the last link above. It can also be directly downloaded at http://www.bome.com/midi/keyboard/ With a midi input, it has a number of basic sounds available that it will play without anything else. If you don't have a midi input, you'll need one of those. I'd try Midiyoke, I used to use it. http://www.midiox.com/index.htm?http....com/myoke.htm |
