They're pushing the hell ouf ot it. Give it a some time. Relatively speaking it's very young product.
System security tools are the last area I want to trust unproven solutions. Sure, your job may mean you have to keep tabs on it, but customers rarely appreciate paying to be the guinea pig. And it's not like the price will go up after they work out some of the issues.

I didn't think that was ambiguous. It's a strong vote against, at least for now.
Even if they resolve some of the crippling problems and build a good record, buying into it still means ignoring the "security eggs in one basket" issue. I'm trying to remember the last time that was a good idea. But hey, if everyone shoots themselves in the foot like Webroot, WLOC might climb the ranks quickly. No matter what though, the name will always suck.
