Netgear Wireless Router Help
Today when I got onto my computer my wireless internet wasn't working. No signal. Something got reset along the line so I came and turned off and turned back on the router and that didn't work. The wireless router has been reset some how so that the password to access it wirelessly has changed and I'm unable to access it. It does show up on my wireless-scan for a router, but the password has changed on allowing me access.
I looked online (on the wired computer that does work) and it's telling me to go to the management page (http://192.168.0.1) and put in the password (which in this case is admin/password) and it should let me configure things again. I tried that and whenever I put in the name admin and the password (password) it doesn't take me anywhere. Any ideas on what I can do?

There is - Hold down the button for 5-10 seconds and it resets it to factory settings. That hasn't worked for me.
I figured it out by sheer c hance. I did a search for "comcast router reset netgear" or something like that and I stumbled on a help page for the comcast linksys help page and it said that the password and name were comcast/1234 and voila, that worked. For some reason in their infinite wisdom comcast changed the basic password information from what the online manual says to do. It wasn't even on the comcast website. Insanity.
