Help Fight the Powers!
This is an idea I've been kicking around in my head for a while. Don't you hate all of the registrations you have to do in order to use any of a number of sites, many of which you won't goto again or care to save your personal options? WOuldn't it be great to not have to sign up and have a junk e-mail account just for these situatinos? Wouldn't it be great to go read the news w/o signing up? Well my friends, I have just the product for you..../spiel over
What if everyone, whenever they registered somewhere, used the same username and password so that everyone else could use that combo. And what if everyone did this, for every site [every site which they don't care to keep personal info]. Just imagine, from youtube.com to washingtonpost.com to newyorktimes.com to...any number of sites. I have been thinknig about this for a while. I have a persnoal junk account I use, just a standards s/n and password that I use for things I have no concern about, but what if there were a standard. From here on out, I propose we use bobdole as a standard s/n and president as a standard password. There may be a few sites that would need an alphanumeric password, but we can deal with those when they come up. Or perhaps a different combination should be used. BUt I would love to hear everyone's thoughts on this, and I would love to get this project started...so spread the word and get ready for a world free of registrations! |

I hardly ever find a BMN account that still works, they get caught so fast as you can imagine a few dozen people all logging into the same site within hours of each other all from different ip addy's all with the same username/pw combo webmasters get wise pretty fast.
