Corrupted Video File
 

I have a video file that appears corrupted... I cannot fast foward thru it.. when I try and go foward it either send me to the begining or freezes...

I have tried to import it into windows movie maker/quicktime pro to resave it, but I get an error like "this file is not indexed"..

Any idea how I can repair it?

doesn't work for me either, just watch it and enjoy! :D

I've used DivxFix to strip and rebuild the index, I'm not sure if this works for your format, but it has worked for me.

You could also burn it to a video cd and watch it from that medium. And possibly re-rip it to your computer.

This has worked for me many times on AVI files.
