Is there any way to turn it off so that other members can't see when you last logged in when they look at your public profile??

I think that if you set your status to Invisible, that just shows you as Permanently Offline with no date/time stamp ..

I'm not so curious about that, as I am about whether or not you can get it to either not show the date in your profile, or get it to not update.

To clarify with the circumstances, I have an old name which I used to use quite a lot, was always my name, has full membership, etc. however there's someone I wouldn't want to know I still use that name. Since all the FAQ's say you can't really change your name I was curious if I could set it so that it won't update my last sign on date... but now that i'm thinking about that, if I ever posted, they could still search for my posts and know I was still using the name, even if last sign on wasn't updated, so I suppose it wouldn't help... I guess I answered my own question and will have to continue to use this name and just keep posting until I get privelages back. :(

You can't change your name, but a Mod can.
If you PM a mod and explain your situation, I'm sure it would be no problem (just remember to ask nicely :))

The rules aslo frown upon you knowingly having two accounts. An admin can change your name if you give good reason (Moderator's don't have that ability) But you will also want to let an admin/moderator know that you've got two accounts.

If one of the powers that be would like to delete my other account, that is fine by me. If you PM me I'd be glad to divulge the other account name for deletion and can verify password or whatever to prove it's me. Thanks!
