Linking to other TFP threads
Occasionally, I'll follow someone's link and it drops me back to a login page. For example, BentNotTwisted's post at 10-23-2003 04:35 PM in the Banned members thread. I suspect that BNT has set "browse board with cookies" to no, and therefore the link that he provided can't be followed by anyone else.
I don't know if anything can be done about this, but I thought it was worth mentioning. |
the difference is this:
most people browse the tfp from http://tfproject.org but some people just can't stand not to put a www in front of everything they surf, so they access http://www.tfproject.org the www will ask you to log in, and you may need to make sure that it has the same browing setting as the http://tfproject.org setup. |
OK, so it isn't me. I can just delete the www, which will be faster than logging in again. Thanks Phred!

I just went to both www.tfproject.org and tfproject.org and logged myself in on both main pages. Since I have the forum set to keep me logged in, I am hoping that this will fix the problem all together.
