How about a quote box? Some of the things that are posted here have me laughing hours later. There has gotta be a way to have some of the best posts scroll at the top of each forum...right?

If I understand what you're proposing correctly, that would be EXTREMELY difficult to do.

The main issue as I see it is who is going to be in charge of picking these quotes? What is funny or insightful to one may be rediculously stupid to another.
