Tilted Science
I understand the reasons there was a "thinning/consolidation" of the different areas months ago. I think it was the right move. With having said that, Im not making this suggestion lightly, nor do I know how well it would go over.
My suggestion is Tilted Science. There is the general discussion area, but I think having a science area would be better. Some of the threads I have created have ended up in Tilted Paranoia, but have boiled down more of a scientific debate. I know many other science discussions end up in the politics area of all places. -There really is no proper area for these kinds of subjects. This would be an area for topics such as space, geology, physics, etc. While I do think Tilted History (because we seem to have alot of experts here) would be a great forum, I know that would be pushing the suggestion box.

If you think a thread deserves to be moved from paranoia to knowledge, PM me and I'll look over it and let you know what I decide. I think that it might be worthwhile to start new threads on certain subjects in Knowledge rather than move huge threads in and force people to come into a discussion that's not entirely scientific so late in the game. For example, there have been ESP and ghost threads that are very specific, and a thread in TK might be better off asking, "Is ESP a real phenomenon?" rather than "Is this an example of ESP?"
