Posting of Chat logs
Why not post the daily chat history in a thread in General Discussion?
I know there's a bot in the #tfp chatroom. I'm not sure if it captures all input into the room, but if it doesnt, I'm almost certain it can be configured to. Why you ask?
Thoughts?

The main problem I have with this idea is that one day you may get alot of meat, and the next day or two you get a whole bunch of *joins_name, *quits_name due to people being busy. So basically if there's any real meat in there you'll see it in a thread anyway. As far as seeing your name, if you're that paranoid, you should be in the chat room

If you want to be in that part of the world you need to participate in that part of the world, plain and simple.
So we put up a thread of the log. BFD, does that stimulate discussion? No it's just something someone may or may not read. This place is about discussion, if something comes up and gets created into a discussion, then that's great. If you cannot participate for whatever reason, be it firewall from work, well that's just the way the cookie crumbles. I figured out a way to work around the firewall by bouncing off my home PC so that I can be in chat during the day times.
