Yeah I drink gatorade when i'm sick or have a hangover and it helps. Lemon Lime is the only way to go.

Yes gatorade works. It keeps you well hydrated when running marathons. By being well
hydrated and consuming the carbs, it gave me energy to finish the race. Lemon ice is my favorite.

Lemonade, Cooler Orange (allegedly orange and cherry, but tastes more like orange than the "orange" Gatorade), and Mango (tastes more like apricot) are the ones I'll generally drink. I'll drink the Watermelon Ice or Strawberry Ice if the other three aren't available.

The only X-Factor flavor I tried was Lemon-Lime-Strawberry. It tasted like Mr. Clean.

On hot days like yesterday (95 degrees or hotter and muggy), I'll drink a liter of Gatorade, then fill the bottle with water and chug that down too.

Thanks for saying that, I thought it was just me. I had an X-factor Mango, and I almost returned it because I thought it had gone bad. However, I was in the Bahamas, and didn't feel like arguing. Just toss it in the trash and move on.
