Jaguars , new era
Let's Go Jaguars, I recently transplanted in Jacksonville, and we have the worst team support ever. 45, 000 in attendance in Sunday's game against the Colts, and we won. The crowd started leaving again at halftime and they missed one the best turn-arounds in Jaguar history. I know this year is already gone, but I hoping for next year to be victorious

I had the pleasure of watching Byron Leftwich numerous times in during his college days. Believe me, he is the real deal.
Tikki and I were discussing this game in IRC and I told him it would be awfully close. I just wish I had the gonads to pick Jacksonville in this weeks TFP contest! Jacksonville has alot of problems, unfortunately. But if Del Rio can install the defense he wants, Leftwich can do the rest. Unlike in some places (NY Giants, Arizona, Chicago) the future looks bright. As for the fans, remember how hard it is to get a ticket where people care about football. So screw 'em, and buy cheap seats to the game and have fun. |

hey smoey...im from jacksonville too.
its hard being a jaguar fan especially lately with all the losses. and its not that we have the worst fan support...its just we were spoiled from the beginning. jacksonville was the quickest expansion team to make it to the playoffs, and back then our offense and defense were the best in the league. alltel was sold out and it was roaring until coughlin and our salary problems brought us down to mediocrity. now we have the new era with a new coach and some new personnel. dont let the fair weather fans bother you, once we start winning again theyll be back. that win over the colts last week was huge, and hopefully well get it together for the titans this week *crossing fingers*. LETS GO JAGS!
