Which FB team has the hottest Cheerleaders (Or my cheerleaders can beat up yours)

I'm not too familiar with cheerleaders so I thought this would be an amusing post. Go ahead and brag because most people don't care about this part of the game...

My team is (what else) The New England Patriots

As much as I hate them, probably the Cowboys.

Seattle, Atlanta, and Washington have put together some nice squads in the last few years. Check em out at their team websites. Philly is trying to put together a very slutty squad and succeeding. They're practically naked out there every week, and their lingerie calendar should be NC-17. Of course, these are the same girls suing because the players peeped at them in the locker room through a hole in the wall at the Vet.

Of course, the Buffalo Jills will always be #1 for me, even though they REFUSE to put any good pictures of the girls on their website. The last two years the team photo has been of them in business suits or other street clothes. Bleh.

Also gotta add... when I was deployed on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower in 2000, the Redskins Cheerleaders came out to the boat for a show and to meet us. These girls were frickin' amazons. It was funny too... they all acted and talked like normal girls, but when you pulled out a camera, they all immediately snapped into those typical cheerleader poses: up on tiptoes on one leg, head cocked back or forward, chest out, tummy in. It was nuts.

I'll post full team later when they put it up.

Until they put the rest of their clothes on, I think mine in their "underwear" are best.

dragon2fire 10-20-2003 08:34 AM

what about the Texas Longhorns cheerleaders or something, I thought i heard on the radio someone was making a HUGGEE deal about how hott ass they were but I haven't bothered to look and see. I gotta say as far as NFL teams go the Cowboys cheerleaders have set the standard and everyone else is pulling out the stops to catch up.

Tryouts for the NFL's first cheerleaders began in the spring of 1961. Overseeing this momentous event was "the father" of the Steelerettes, William V. Day, and RMJC sponsor, Garnet Glover. The girls were selected on the basis of appearance, personality, coordination and gymnastic ability. Oh, yes, and they were also required to maintain a 2.0 grade point average. The first few squads were required to take a written exam testing their knowledge of football in general, and the Steelers in particular.Leading cheers for a professional sports team had to be different than the traditional "Rah,Rah -- Go Team Go" cheers that were shouted at high school football games. Problem was, nobody really knew what cheerleaders for a professional team were supposed to do. The fans were definitely not interested in engaging in sophomoric chants -- first of all, they weren't paying that much attention to the girls on the field. The Steelerettes function was finally defined as entertainers whose job it was to keep the enthusiasm high even if the Steelers were losing. This was achieved through energetic, high spirited dance/gymnastic routines meticulously practiced and executed to live music on the field provided by Vernon Lodge. The 1961 Steelerettes lead the charge and, even though they were sailing on relatively uncharted waters, they did it with class.
The "Steelerettes" were a part of Pittsburgh Steeler football from 1961 to 1969.
