I dont think Pedro will last 5 innings. The weight of the world will be on him tomorrow at Yankee Stadium. Pitching on 4 days rest. It doesnt look good for the Red Sox. I would start Wakefield. He could have pitched today and tomorrow. It should be a lot of fun tomorrow. What a playoff year.

Time to end Roger Clemens' career the way it should end: with a good ol' fashioned Bahston beatdown on the Yankees!
Go Sawks!

As much as I hate to admit it, I'll be rooting for the Sox. As much as I dislike Pedro's antics, I absolutely would hate to see the Yanks in the Series, and would love for Clemens to go out with a huge loss. So it's the lesser of two evils, GO SOX.

Ahhh...a Red Sox/Marlins World Series. Can't you just smell the ratings???
If the Sox were smart, they would have Wakefield warming up from the time of the national anthem. He's been unhittable. Then again, if the Sox were smart, they would have celebrated a title more recently than when Taft was president. They would have had a parade, but I don't think cars had been invented the last time they won.

The Sox have won exactly two Game 7's in their entire franchise history.
Game 7 of the 1986 ALCS, and Game 7 of the 1903 World Series. That was before they were even called the Red Sox. The winning pitcher in the 1986 game? Roger Clemens. -Mikey |

Yankees suck I am glad it isn't gonna be a Yankees/Cubs series because I would have no one to root for then.... Have Pedro go out there and give it his all for 4 innings, going full strength, 95mph+. Then toss Wakefield out to finish with the 65mph knuckleball. Wouldn't you hate to face a guy tossing 95mph heat, then face a 65mph knuckleballer?

YANKEES/RED SOX: THIS SHOULD BE GAME 7 OF THE WORLD SERIES. RATINGS ARE GOING TO GO THROUGH THE ROOF. VERY FEW PEOPLE WON'T BE WATCHING. SORRY, MUST ROOT FOR THE "OLD MAN" ROCKET AND THE YANKEES. I'M SURE IT'S GOING TO BE A DOOZY.

As a Mets fan I hate the Yankees...as a Mets fan living among stupid-ass Red sox fans [great passion for their teams, little knowledge of sports outside of Boston] I have to say... Let's Go Yankees...
Then I'm all about the Marlins!!!
