I am a Cards fan and the Cubs suck. Classless team and even worse with Sosa on board. Sosa is a disgrace. He could go 1-6 with 5 strikeouts, 1 solo homerun, and his team losing 10-1 and be happy because he hit the homer.

Excellent series so far, wouldn't mind seeing the Cubs/Red Sox play in the World Series to see who will end their drought first.

As a bitter, bitter White Sox fan, I must say that I hate the Cubs. Two of my favorite t-shirts are the Sammy cork shirt and my South Side road kill shirt :-) My only consolation is that the Sox beat the Cubs in 4 out of 6 games this season. Go Braves!

All people that live within a three hour drive of Atlanta are the people who actually suck here. Walk-up tickets available! Wood versus Hampton! I mean, what the fuck are all those people doing on a Sunday nite? All those people are the suckiest.

I think the cubs suck too but i'm not gonna go and make a thread to talk about how much i hate them. That's just sad.

Also, as a Cardinal fan I also dislike the Cubbies very much, but to say they suck is stupid. They've got a great shot to win it all based on thier pitching. They have great starters and a bullpen capable of stepping up. And if they are capable of even scoring a couple of runs per game they can still win. In the playoffs anything can happen. They've got to be given credit for getting there.

But, then I console myself with the fact that the Cards have been there with more regularity in recent history than the Cubbies and that I like our chances better next season. (Next season?! Now I sound like a Cub fan!):crazy:

You know, I can understand the haterd between the Sox and Yankees; Bucky Dent, Boggs and Clemens trading sides, and that schmuck Babe Ruth. What I don't understand is the Cards hatred of the Cubs. The Cubs have sucked for nearly 4 generations and, in the mean time, the Cards have won the World Series, etc. The Cubs have been the doormat of the National League for years! Seriously, Card fans, get a life.

Personally, if I were a Cards fan, I'd hate Tony LaRussa and his piss poor managing.
