All hail the NFL gods...
Finally...after far far too many months of putting up with arena ball (nothing wrong with that, don't get me wrong), and the CFL (yup...like it a lot but I love my NFL), we finally have ..... ta da da da.....NFL again!
Woo hooooooo! So...who's going to win tonight? Let's get some predictions. For myself, I have to make this pick based on emotions alone and go with New England. Sorry all you Giants fans but I just really don't like them! Okay...let the flaming begin! (just kidding mods)

Yes praise be to the wonderful NFL Gods! I actually got to watch real football monday night. It wasn't a "classic" game or arena football but actual new football. I was so happy I could have cried!
As for tonight let's go Patriots! Only because I don't like the Giants... |

I'll go with New England because I think they have a bit better depth which is going to matter the most tonight. I hope I get home in time to catch some of them game since I wasn't able to see the one on Monday night.
I'm happy that the season is nearly here. |

I love that football season is here again. I just went down to watch the Bears at practice. That was very cool.

I won't be happy until Saturday @ 8. It's the Ravens' year bay-bee!

Now that I don't live anywhere near New Orleans I don't get to the Saints much outside of regular season games. Although I have heard from a few others that they have had a great time at the practices. I can't wait until the Monday night game against the Eagles! |

meanwhile, my Steelers will win the division handily (12-4, or better) on the way to another playoff loss (AFC championship again). This will be the final straw that sends that dolt of a head coach, Bill Cowhead, out of Da Burgh. Then we can actually look forward to the playoffs for once. in any case, Im just glad football is finally back.
