Hopefully Schumacher will get his season going this weekend.

I am amazed by Webber's performance as well as the "turnaround" at Jag. What happened?!

I will say though, we'll never know if Spinzonia is underperforming at making Weber look GOD. Maybe If Jag can fire him and hire Fisi...

oane 04-20-2003 04:27 AM

Sad news. Schumachers mom died early morning. I don't think either of them got any sleep. Oh well.

They make a simple start...settling down now

Michael is slowing down to conserve the car...But can DC overtake Ralf?

Naah...

oane 04-20-2003 07:34 AM

Good race. Mclaren did well in the end, although they must fire DC. Kimi loses only two points to MS.

But this performance in 2002 Ferrari car must scare Mclaren. GA coming up.

And oh, Michelin suck. I could make a tyre out of used condoms and that would perform better than the shit they are dumping in F1. Shame Michelin, Shame.

Nice updates. I'm a bit of a BAR fan myself, Button in the points is nice, but Villineuve continues to disappoint, I felt bad for his result.

Pizzonia is way over his head, you are right. None of the flashes of brilliance that point to future success, and the Jaguar is better this year.

All in all, after Brazil, a nice race. I just wish that there was a least one more place to pass a Imola, but it was interesting.

josh_s08 04-20-2003 11:15 AM

I wish they would show F1 tape delayed in the states...sometimes they do, and i think they show them all the the speed channel, but here, thats digital cable.

I was also a BAR-Honda fan. But there sheer incompetence over the years made me mad. I feel bad for JV. Yesterday his engine disintegrated. Way to go Honda:mad:

Imola is a difficult track to pass for position. Still, the race had plenty of Tactical thingies going on so it wasn't that boring.

Taped delay = potential spoilers.

This was a number of years ago. I remember waiting up late to watch a GP tape delay. It was the first thing on after ESPN sportscenter. Guess what the very last Sportscenter item was...the GP winner. ARRRRRRGH!

Daval 04-22-2003 06:54 AM

I think F1 is a lot more exciting this year.

I am a Maclaren fan personally (Raikkonen over DC) and am encouraged by the results thus far.

genoa 04-22-2003 09:37 AM

I'm very impressed by Webber's performance so far. I think it demonstrates that he does have the ability to drive fast ... just hope Jag provide him with a reliable car for the rest of the season so he can get the points he deserves.
