I am from Cincinnati and have been a Bengals fan since birth. He may have been an attention whore, but I loved him. I'm happy that he is spreading his wings, but why did he go to New England? I hate Tom Shady and Bill Belacheat. He might as well went to Pittsburgh to play with a rapist.

You may say it's only football, but I have more invested in it. My brothers and I bond over being Bengals fans and I grew up with great parents who loved the Bengals. I'm attached to the team. Ochocinco's antics gave fans something to enjoy when we couldn't enjoy anything else loss after disappointing loss.

First, he was traded, so you should be asking your ownership/front office why, right?

Second, as a Bengal's fan I'd be more mad that they are being stubborn over Carson Palmer. If they trade him they can at least get a decent pick in exchange. If they keep playing chicken over his retirement they will lose him and get nothing. Even worse, he could sit out this year, come back next year, and his number against the salary cap would be so huge they'd probably have to cut or trade him anyway.

And you're right about Carson. He should have been allowed to leave and the whole situation will bite them in the ass. Mike Brown is just an awful person.

There seems to be some odd bromance between BB and 85. The praise from BB is a bit more effusive (for BB that is..) than what is the norm out of Foxborough.
Gonna be an interesting start to the season with 85 and Haynesworth in the fold.

I loved Brown's rant about Carson giving his word and having a contract and how they won't reward him for not wanting to honor it.

On the other hand, he's cut players left and right with years left on their contracts because the NFL doesn't have guaranteed contracts. In other cases he's reworked contracts to pay the players less and had them stay. How is what Carson is doing much different than that?

I'm a Zinzinnatian myself and between Chad and Carson i have no hope for this upcoming season. Mike Brown is a Moronic-asshole and has done his best to kill 'Nati football. We still have the crew and the bucks!

I'm an OSU student. Undergrad, now grad school.. The bucks are really the only Ohio team I care about. The Bengals always tend to disappoint, and luckily I wasn't raised to be a fan (my british parents couldn't give two shits about american football), so there.
