I am not mad that he left. Could give a damn because I'm not an NBA fan. But to get on national tv for a one hour self promotional video and never thank the fans, never have the balls to tell Cleveland and the management of the Cavs first? You couldn't go to Gilbert and tell him to find someone else like Amare? You fucking had to play a game to feed your own fucking ego?????

YOU WANT TO GET ON TELEVISION AND SMILE AND JOKE AS YOU CUT THE HEART OUT OF CLEVELAND. IF YOU WOULD HAVE TOLD GILBERT AT THE BEGINNING HE COULD HAVE BROUGHT SOMEONE ELSE IN... BUT YOU HAD TO PLAY THIS SHAM GAME BECAUSE YOU WANTED FUCKING ATTENTION YOU ATTENTION SEEKING MOTHER FUCKER. YOU AIN'T SHIT BUT A CRACKHEAD WHORE'S SON, WHO'S MAMA FUCKS HIS TEAMMATES. You say you love Cleveland, then why didn't you bring DWade, and Bosh to Cleveland???? BECAUSE YOUR ASS LOVES THE MEN YOU'LL FIND IN SOUTH BEACH. YOU WANT TO BE DWADE'S BITCH. YOU'LL NEVER BE "KING" IN MIAMI OR "THE CHOSEN ONE", YOU'LL NEVER BE NOTHING BUT D WADE'S BITCH. AND ALL OF YOU WHO SAY CLEVELAND IS POOR SPORTS FANS AND WHATEVER... FUCK YOU HE DIDN'T JUST TEAR UP THE CAVS HE EMBARRASSED AND TORE THE HEART OUT OF A WHOLE AREA BECAUSE HE NEEDED TO FEED HIS MOTHER FUCKING EGO. EVEN IF THAT HOUR LONG LEBOOB INFOMERCIAL HAD BEEN HIM SAYING CLEVELAND... IT STILL WOULD HAVE BEEN NOTHING MORE THAN AN EGO STROKE. FUCK YOU ESPN FOR ALLOWING THAT BULLSHIT. JUST THINK ABOUT IT THIS WAY, IF NE OHIO/CLEVELAND AKRON IS HOME TO HIM AND HE DOES THAT TO HIS "HOMETOWN" WTF DO YOU THINK HE'LL DO TO YOU MIAMI, WHEN YOUR TIME COMES???? WHAT DID SHE TELL YA, THE CRACK IS BETTER IN SOUTH BEACH, YOUR COCK LOVING ASS WILL GET BETTER MEN IN SOUTH BEACH THAN IN THE GAY BARS OF LAKEWOOD OR AKRON'S INNERBELT????? YOU EMBARRASSED THE TOWN YOU LOVE. IT WAS LIKE TAKING YOUR OLD GIRLFRIEND AND HER FAMILY TO A PARTY, TELLING THEM YOU LOVED THEM AS YOU DOGGIED THE OLD GIRLFRIEND IN FRONT OF THE PARTY COCK SLAPPED HER AND THE FAMILY HAD THEM BEGGING FOR MORE AND WALKED OUT THE DOOR LAUGHING WITH YOUR NEW BOYFRIEND DWADE. I was interested in reading until the wall of all-caps.
All-caps are bloody difficult to read (ask any typesetter). I recommend switching them out if you want to be heard. There is a reason why news anchors speak calmly and clearly instead of shouting. EDIT: For those who are interested in reading this regardless, below is a lower-case version of the OP: lower-case OP click to show

This is one of the most economically depressed areas, one area in the country that gets dumped on constantly (and a lot of times unfairly) and the biggest sports star of the day who says he loves this area, takes out a one hour video and rips this area's heart out, not even thanking us for making him who he is.... throwing games so he wouldn't win a championship here..... it is emotional, it is personal, when any other crackhead whore would be tearing up cop cars and shooting guns off in one of the richest townships in the area gets off with no press coverage and never arrested because of who her son is and what he meant to this area.... and for him to do that to us nationally.... FUCK HIM.

That's cool... if you can lower case without me or anyone else having to retype that, I would deeply appreciate it. I just started and with caps lock to make a point and got to typing and forgot to turn it off.... and didn't want to retype all of it.

You can find that version in my first post above, under a hide tag. I simply converted the text to lower-case using a word processor's font style change.

As for Lebron, was anyone really surprised he left? I'm not even a basketball fan and could tell he was leaving, there's no loyalty in sports these days, that went out the window years ago, so no real surprise here, sports these days is all about how much coin one can make, not about the fans, or the team someone plays for, so no shock here. He's just another greedy SOB in my opinion.
What I hate is the way the Media pandered to his "Royal Ass" ego and had everyone waiting for his "1 Hour Special" on ESPN. It was and is ALL bullshit IMHO. Now Please ESPN stop showing the clip about "Cleveland: Land of the Losers". We're depressed enough in Northern Ohio. The Cleveland Plain Dealer newspaper has written that Lebron leaving will supposedly "...cost the city millions of lost revenue at local restaurants, bars, clubs and hotels, etc."

Interesting, you say you don't care, yet you spent an awful lot of time crafting a message to tell us how much you despise someone you proclaim to care very little about.
You see, I'm not a fan of basketball nor am I particularly interested in LeBron James. I demonstrate this by not spending time talking about him. Something else I found interesting is your fixation on his mother. What's that about?

I haven't watched the NBA in years, so I don't really care where James makes millions shooting a ball through a hoop. I will say this, though--the ridiculous pomp-and-circumstance surrounding "the decision" has done nothing but re-enforce my opinion that professional basketball is as much about "sport" as professional wrestling is.

The only statements about his mother were those that stated she's a crack whore who sleeps with his teammates, has pulled a gun and shot up Bath and torn apart cop cars and very little of it has been reported because this city buried it. But in Miami, the press will feast on her and his antics. You embarrass, you rip out the heart of the city you supposedly love and MADE YOU. And you don't expect people, even non fans to be pissed at the way you did it feeding your own ego? You don't expect people to try to hurt you and that means bringing your crack head whore mother in to it? LOL.... If you think what I am saying is bad, you ain't heard shit.... trust me my rants are nothing compared to some others.

Pan, James would have been 'MADE' in any city he went to, not like Cleveland did anything special there, he would have been just as big a 'star' if he were in Boise. What did he do to Clevelandto feed his own ego, or were you still under the impression loyalty was involved in sports?

From a basketball fan: me.
Lebron is his own man, he can do what he wants. Cleveland is a complete shit city for someone like Lebron, for alot of people actually. I wouldn't want to live there. Bringing Wade and Bosh to Cleveland was never even an option for anyone. Your owner wanted to win, it just didn't happen. Lebron wants a ring, not money. He'll make plenty of money. We all knew he has a big ego, it's Lebron James. You think Cleveland made him? He's always been good and will always be good no matter where he goes. I think you have it backwards, Lebron made Cleveland. All's he did was leave, he didn't throw the city under the bus or anything like that. Cleveland fans are the only people who thought Lebron was coming back. Sports are big business, especially the NBA, I wouldn't expect a non-fan to understand that but that's how it is. Don't take it personally that he left your great city, he just couldn't get what he wanted so he went someehwere that could give him that. I'm glad he plays for a super team now, he can take down the hated Lakers.

Yes, it's sad that Sports is such a big business.
That irks me, when I see what teachers make annually. Like any NBA player ever made a huge difference in making some kid's life better? (Well unless it's a publicity stunt) C'mon...it's just gotten out of control.

Think about it: millions of kids play sports in the USA like basketball or football. How many make it into college level athletics? 3% for men's basketball. Millions play, but only a few advance to play in college. 1.2% go from college to pro. This has to be the highest level of competition in the world, at least it seems so. How Many High School Athletes Get To Play NCAA Sports.
