Kobe Dunks Over Pool of Snakes with Jackass Guys

I did a search on the board and couldn’t find anything on this so I thought I would post it. My friend showed me this video and I'm still trying to figure out if it's real or not. It's of Kobe jumping over an above ground pool filled with snakes and dunking it while hanging out with guys from Jackass. I still prefer Lebron over Kobe but I have to say when I saw this video I was like damn, Kobe can freakin dunk that ball. What say you all, do you think it’s real or fake? You can check it out below:

real? If he can dunk from the foul line, and if the pool is about 10 feet wide, then I guess why not? Maybe the hoop was only 9'5" or 9'.Also, presumably most of those were constrictors and not venomous snakes. They certainly seemed like they were having a blast though (the guys, not the snakes).

That looks fake. Good, but fake.

Something about the trajectory doesn't seem right, but I don't care. Very well done and super funny.

I'm going to assume it's part of a viral series of Kobe "jumping over" stuff, like the Nike Aston Martin commercial:
(which has already inspired it's own youtube spoofs). Clever way to boost your fanbase, I must say.

I'll agree with that completely. I can't see him jumping that far, but the video is good and funny regardless.

It does not look like the pool is centered in front of the net. It seems off to the side a bit so that if it is a real jump that he is only jumping over a smaller area of pool.

no clue.

I guess Kobe is one of those flashy guys that fans only really appreciate when their powers start to fade and you realise just how good they were.

I dont know where he stacks up in the greatest ever, am not a big basketball fan, but he must be top 20?

Fake, but cool.

I don't like Kobe. Never have, even when he was a rookie. He's always struck me as taking selfishness to new heights.

That said, I'd still put him a lot higher than the top 20. Top 10 definitely and maybe top 5.

Unless we're talking rapists, then he's my #1.

Well, I dont know enough about basketball, but I assume Jordan is the greatest in anyone's book...and Wilt Chamberlain and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar have to be locks for top 5... that doesnt leave much room.

i´m leaning just a little towards real but it did seem a bit of a stretch. i felt pretty sorry for the snakes though constantly being pounded by people and objects. i hope they were poisonous and were able to get some revenge but highly unlikely.
