I don't like extreme tan lines like the chick above. She has nice tits, but the black and white effect killed it for me. Other than that tan lines don't do anything for me at all. I hate pasty white skin, so I usually date girls who are tanned. I have never been attracted by their tan lines though.

Wow, I had no idea that tan lines were such a hot topic. Or rather, that some people think they are hot and others think they aren't hot at all. I guess if a girl has extreme lines, that's dumb because she's spending all day in the sun and not doing anything interesting. Farmer's tans are cool since they're just "normal" and most people get them from playing sports or working outside, which I respect. :)

I guess I don't get tan lines on purpose just to be sexy... they just happen. I often get them, since my Thai half tans quickly and my Icelandic half keeps the covered skin very pale. When I was in Africa this summer, my face, hands, and arms got really dark, but the rest of me was unexposed because of the local conservative dress (no shorts, etc). So I have some weird lines now, but I doubt ktspktsp cares much either way. :icare:

i actually don't care too much for tans and i REALLY don't care for tan lines. i don't know why, i just find them really weird and kinda creepy.

for me its the fact that the lighter spots are usually covered up. I like it alot when my girlfriend has massive tan lines. It shows me just how tanned she really is, and its a part of the girl that not too many people get to see. Thats really hot!

I dont like tan lines either.

I dont find pasty white girls attractive, and most tanned girls look funky, not to mention the health effects.

I find extremely sharp tan lines (like the ones in that thread) to be disturbing. However, slightly blurry tan lines can be quite sexy, gradually taking you from a sun-drenched part to a private one :).

In the end though, tan or no tan, it doesn't matter too much.

I love 'em and just can't explain it. Perhaps it is as some have mentioned and that they highlight what society feels is forbidden.

Well, I gotta join the "no tan lines" group. To me it screams tacky, for some reason.

OK, Here's what i think. I think that whether or not you like tan lines depends on what type of girl you like. If you like "wild" girls, then you probably don't like tan lines. If you like the "innocent" girl next door type, then you probably love tan lines. I think tan lines make a girl look like she is a little more private with her body. i also agree with the "forbidden" areas thoughts too.

I agree with JinnKai. I likem dark or pale, as long as they're (relatively) uniform.

I actually have no preference about tanlines - to me, they do not make or break a woman's apperance in and of themselves...

I think the same way :)

i don't mind a woman with a little bit of a tan line,i think it is actally a little bit of a turn on. i couldn't tell you why exactly it just does it for me.
