Oh, i can answer that question! Lots of foreplay (not just anal foreplay)- make sure she's screamin hot for you. Lots of fingering around the anus, rubbing it gently, that sort of thing. I disagree- I think that the not relaxing comes from not having enough info about what to do while the act is going on. The more you're informed, the better you are at knowing what to expect. It used to hurt for me- not really hurt but sometimes it stang a little bit. The idea isn't to get totally wasted. The idea is to have a glass of wine or two--enough to relax without effort. You're still in control of your senses, but the relaxation response is easier to achieve. Obviously, he wants to be sober or close to it.

Just take it easy--that's the biggest piece of advice to adhere to. Go slow and let her tell you what she is comfortable with.

Well, some people like it and some don't. It really depends on the individual as far as cumming during anal.

There was some serious research I read a few years back (not fluff in Cosmo...) that looked into whether people that had been ejaculated into had better mood than people that had not (i.e were using barrier contraception).

The findings (from memory) indicated that women taken vaginally, and anyone taken anally had more positive feelings about their partner if questioned some hours later compared to anyone fucked using a condom, or withdrawal.

Oddly, satisfaction with the partner was NOT dependent on having had an orgasm.

As I remember it the research initially intended to show that intercourse to internal ejaculation (regardless of other forms of BC) caused the partners to chemically bond.

The answer is that yes, it is best to use a barrier for any anal play.

The best rule is "Never put anything into an ass and then into anything else"

If you delve deeper, you find that there are already significant levels of bad bacteria in your mouth and nose, so if you lick someone's ass and then their pussy they probably won't get problems - however to be sure you should wash before and after with a personal hygeine product that includes a bacteriostatic ingredient (like Triclosan). They're just nice to have. An enema cleans up the rectum pretty good, so if one doesn't like getting shit on one's penis then this is an effective method to avoid that. Just make sure that you use lukewarm water though. The use of hot or cold water will feel extremely unpleasant.

Personally I don’t need preparation. Analingus, butt-plugs or fingers are all nice of course but it’s no problem for me to go straight to business - even without lube. Depends on the girl, really. It’s best to ask the girl in question what she prefers.

The findings (from memory) indicated that women taken vaginally, and anyone taken anally had more positive feelings about their partner if questioned some hours later compared to anyone fucked using a condom, or withdrawal.
