Ok, I'm not trying to be vulgar or anything, but I hooked up with this girl last night for the first time. She's only the 4th girl I've been with... and well to spare the details, let's just say that I've washed my hands like a dozen times today with several different soaps including dish soap, and I still can't get the smell off! I can't say I've ever had this problem before.. is this just how some women are? I mean it's not going to stop me from doing anything again, because I like her, but I'm just kinda curious... I had to wash my sheets too...

alot of the time your going to want to try and smell it.... it's more mental than real... just put on some hand lotion and it will block out the odor help you out there

IF I were you I would stay as far away from that as possible. No smell from a chic should be stronger then several soaps.

Could be an infection or some shit. Vaginas are a much higher maintenance genitalia than the penis.

I dunno - I dated a girl once who had a very strong scent - hell, immediately following a shower. It was, quite frankly, just the way she was.

Yes, its possible that its a hygene/infection problem - but realize that every woman is unique & that could just be her.

I knew a friend who went chaste for 5 months after he hooked up with a girl in my grade in high school. Needless to say, I never looked at her in the same light.

The first time I ever fingered a girl, I couldn't get the smell off my finger. This girl is not dirty in any way, but seriously, I could still smell vagina on my finger for 2 days or so. I didn't mind it, though. Reminded me of the moment :) Still happens to me too even to this day, regardless of the girl, I seem to smell it for a little while even after I wash my hands. I think it's a mental thing...I don't have a particularly strong odor most of the time (trust me, I know when I do) but my ex swore up and down he could smell when I took off my pants.

All sorts of things can affect the smell. Even her diet, if she eats a lot of red meat, could make her business smell bad. But as I am not a doctor, I feel qualified to say you're going to die.

My vote is for infection - the smell shouldn't be so strong that washing doesn't get it off.

This is an odd home remedy for removing smells, but it works: roasted coffee beans. It absorbs and neutralizes smells like nobody's business. "Wash" your hands with the beans (basically rub a handful around between your hands, or sink your hands into a container full of beans for a while) and that should take care of the odor.

Thanks for the replies. Perhaps it is mental, perhaps it really is there. I'm trying to tell myself that it has to be in my head, because I think I can still smell it.

I also don't think it's a smell other people notice or recognize if they aren't privy to it. I know I've never smelt anyone else and thought "they had sex last night."

actually, this is more than just an odd home remedy. Apparently, when judges rate colognes and perfumes, they use coffee beans in between each fragrance to "reset" their noses. At least that's what the worker at the department store said when my gf and I were shopping for perfume for her...

ya, when i bought my latest cologne the clerk gave me coffee beans to reset my senses because they were bombareded by too many different smells.

Lets face it people, we're all animals, we all stink from time to time.
