My wife and I have been with each other for almost 20 years. We met when I was 15, if you can believe that. Things were pretty wild in the beginning and are not so wild now, but I am curious because I have never seen her masturbate and I just don't see her as the type. So, I am wondering if all woman masturbate or are there some that don't?

My ex never once masturbated until I taught her how. She was 35 at the time. :D She claims that she does not masturbate anymore now.

My current girlfriend does masturbate. She wakes me up sometimes. :thumbsup:

Yeah i know quite alot of girls that dont masturbate. Ive got one of them to start about 7 others just never do it, been trying to get them to try it, im only trying to expand their bounds.

Not all, but most do. Some of them seem to have problems admitting it though.

My ex-wife did not masturbate. She was a good catholic woman who couldn't get past the guilt of touching herself that way. I have been with other women who did not have that issue and wow what fun it is to watch that play out...:D

I can't speak for all women, but I know a lot of them that do. I know that I do.

I'll tell you this much, I've never asked a girl to let me watch her masturbate and received the response "But I don't know how..." I've gotten other responses, but never that one.

I don't think I could marry a woman like that. Actually I'd be apprehensive about having sex with any woman who doesn't masturbate; if she doesn't know what she likes, how am I supposed to know?

A lot of girls just lie about it because they feel a) guilty, or b) like it's disgusting. I've been masturbating since age 9, and I don't know how I'd go without it.

My ex had a couple of times, but didn't enjoy it all that much, especially after we had sex for the first time. It took her a long time to realize/understand/accept the fact that most or all males masturbate and that for me, it was a need that had to be fulfilled, and that it is indeed healthier for males to "clean the pipes" every so often during downtimes in the sexual part of the relationship.

A lot of women do masturbate. Some of them are not comfortable admitting it, but some do not masturbate at all and have no desire to start. Some women aren't comfortable with the idea of doiing it until other women tell them it's okay to do it. Weird, huh? I had a friend who hadn't ever tried it until she was 20! I can't imagine that. It just seems odd to me, but then I'm a self-lovin' fool.

what I would like to know, from women who dont masturbate, is WHY they dont. And what happens to their need for release if they dont have a lover? I would be a very irritable bitch, and probably fat and a smoker too, if I didnt meet my sexual needs in the way that I do.

Everyone knows their body to some extent. Some more than others. A person who does not know their body is rarely amazing in making love because to truly make love to another person, you need to know how to love yourself physically and emotionally.

I've never had a girlfriend who didn't own a vibrator. A couple of them didn't use it enough and one girl couldn't leave the bloody thing alone long enough to let it cool down.

My wife does not. I've tried to get her to start but no luck so far. I did get her a vibrator and she has fun with that if I use it on her, but so far I can't get her to make that next step

My wife does not, and says she did only when she was young and found it was pleasureable. We've talked about it, but she won't budge on the "no". The closests she's come is while making love, she took the vibrator and touched herself. Not that we bought other toys, she won't even do that any more. Maybe someday...

i think you'd be hard pressed to find a girl who hadn't at some point in her life. even if it was just in the tub when she was little and thinking "oh...now that feels tingly!" and stopping when she was old enough to realize why or someone told her she shouldn't.

but i think you have to define masturbation a little in order to answer your question. i know women who refuse to use toys but sure like those hand held shower heads! and i went to college with a girl who could get off just by touching her breasts but she didn't enjoy "traditional" masturbation. or what of women who can orgasm without touching themselves? plenty of women can get a hot fantasy going and contract their muscles enough to have an orgasm--that still count?

personally, i'm all for it and encouraged friends to try it out even when i was young enough that it was an "eewww gross" thing to do. but the way i see it, nobody loves me like me!

Mine doesn't and doesn't want to learn. She says that I do it great and that's all she needs. All I want is for her to relieve herself when we don't see eachother for a while (busy schedules), but she wouldn't hear it. Doesn't even want to try. :(

i know a girl who has tried to masterbate and whatnot but it's just not enjoyable. she can't get into because it's just her. only at extreme times has she ever done it.

for those of you that know women who dont make themselves orgasm - would you say they were women with a low sex drive?

That's a good question. I have friends that I suspect do not masturbate, but I really have no clue what their sex drive is, either. :|

Yes, there are some that dont. I dated a girl for a while that honestly didnt, and the thought had never crossed her head. Of course, I also knew more about her anatomy than she did, so she wasnt exactly experienced. But the point stands--there are girls out there that dont.
