Take it with a full galss of water an hour before sex. If you use condoms, make sure you have enough for a few rounds.

Of course the stuff works. Why do you think three other drugs came out after Viagra to compete with that first success? Just a warning though: I never had medical needs for the stuff but tried it out just out of curiosity. Don't get too hooked on the stuff or else you'll need it EVERY time you want to hit it. And the girlfriend/ lover/ fiance/ wife will also come to expect a certain type of performance. Also found myself pulling odd muscles during the marathons. Stretch before all strenuous activities, heh.

Note that over extended use is a bad thing. If you keep the errection to long you're going to damage the tissue, aka scar it.
