For the guys:

Lets say after death you're somehow alive...
You're then presented with two doors and have to choose one to go into...

Door 1 (ultimate love): You get to spend eternity somewhere with one attractive woman (she's a dime) that will love you like no other woman has ever from when you were on earth.

Door 2 (ultimate lust): You get to send eternity somewhere with an infinite number of attractive, lusty women (all dimes who are so lusty they'd even have sex with each other if you wanted) that will fulfill your lusty desires like no other woman has ever from when you were on earth.

Which door are you entering? The love door or the lust door?

Once you enter a door it shuts behind you and locks up.

Having someone love me forever could end up with me having a stalker, unless I have feelings for that person, it's not a good option. Ultimate lust? eh, I image that'd get old after a while...

As a guy I would probably take the love door only because you said it would be for eternity.

In this life now I can choose a period of wanton lust, but when I tire, settle down with someone I love.

Eternity's too long. I'd end up rekilling myself, whichever the choice.

interesting question but it does pose some problems in logic. Mal hit on one of those. If the love door represented someone that I could have the same equal feelings for then I'd definately choose that.

I'm entering the love door. The lust door might be fun for a while, but the love door would give the real pleasure. I'm going on the assumption that "ultimate love" is a mutual thing, and not one-way.

After looking at those different forms of beauties I'd conclude that door # 2 would have so much more uniqueness to the different attractive women in store. I'd prolly grow bored of one woman. So screw door # 1, I'll enter door # 2. I'd think back about the earth not being meant to have just two people on it for a good damn reason and put that knowledge into my wise decision making.

i'd go with love. im pretty fucked up and have yet to find a women to put up with me...so if this chick is gonna love me like no other before her then shit climb aboard.

#1 Lust is all well and good, but to me, it means nothing without love. I have never had sex with someone I didn't completely love and am not about to start.

while this situation is a bit illogical (what if i was in love when i died and feal that the love i had cannot easily be replaced through meeting some strange, albeit "lusty," woman?) i would definitely choose the first door. i absolutely love being in love and while i'll always remember the night that my girlfriend told me that she loved me (and i obviously echoed), i don't see myself remembering the first time we had sex ten years down the road.

(on a side note, does door number two guarantee eternal protection from divinely executed STDs or is the unlucky soul who chooses door two doomed to an eternity of painful urination and the clap?)

The Love Door. Lust only lasts so long, and there's no building of anything there. W/love, you get to build upon so much. Lust makes one part of me happy; w/love many parts of me are happy. From one, the others will follow.

love seems like the best door, even though you may be ale to get all you want in door number 2, it would probably be old much faster. and are all of those lusty girls only lusty for you? do they have divine disease and filth protection?

From my experience, love is definitely the door to choose. Door #2 is something like Pattaya. It only takes a few days in a place like that, observing (and participating in) base hedonism to understand that lust is not a path to long term happiness.

Had enough problems in my love life , and don't give me the argument that a man always makes his own choices in beginning a relationship , there are enough bitches and tarts living around who are capable to make a mess of another's life .

Yes , I read the great classics , poems , was in love many times , love classical music , visit concerts and theatre...but when I see what many man really like in their deepest mind , my choice is an easy one .

Scarface - since it's a hypothetical situation I think we can cross out the possibility that the woman behind Door #1 is out to screw up your life. Of course, I'm not saying your choice in Door #2 is wrong at all :)

As lots of others have said, if I loved the woman behind Door #1 as much as she loved me (and it was genuine, not magic, or a spell or anything like that), then I'd choose #1 without a second thought.

But if it's artificial, if she's a robot or something, or if I don't love her, then I'd choose Door #2. In my life at the moment I'd rather have someone I loved instead of someone who loved me (if they were my only choices) so if the love wasn't genuine and mutual, then Door #2 for me, thanks.

Tough question, but as long as I get to bang the chick behind door #1 and the door is mutual, I'm pretty certain I'd go with that. You don't really need more than one woman, and I'd rather have one I could have an emotional relationship as well as a physical one.

Does lust preclude love? I mean couldn't you pick #2 and be in love with one (or more!) of the women at the same time? To me it is a no-brainer, infinite number of women - means infinite variations of minds and hot bodies. How could you get bored - even for eternity?

even though i'm married and i love her like crazy, i would have to choose #2. even my wife will tell you that i can't stand sitting still or being alone. and, the thought of being around only one person for eternity is kinda scary.

How you can be just stuck in a room with someone who automatically loves you is beyond me. All relationships start out as either friendship or lust, and develop into love. Or Stockholm Syndrome.
