Also, tell us if the trend is up or down compare to previous

Not a school work. Been out of school for too long!

Umm... none of the above? Long distance relationships = infrequency of seeing the person = having sex about 4 times a day per the 2ish days we have together every 3ish weeks.

So really, it's not a simple question for me ;)

Might be interesting to add length of relationship for couples also.

Me 33, her 41, been together 5 1/2 years, averaging 1-2 times a week.

Yeah, it's kind of complicated for me too. Average is probably four-five a week for me. I'm 23 btw. It is more frequently than it has been in the past.

You can choose multiple poll options; that doesn't make any sense. And you really need a 2-dimensional answerspace (perhaps 3-dimensional, if you want to include gender), which the polling system here can't handle. There should probably be options for [] less than once per month and [] never. And the order is screwy; if you assign ordinals, the options are 1, 4, 3, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8.

Other than that... what was the question again?

Dear Redlemon... please feel free to update this into a new poll. I am pretty new with this system and don't really know how to do all that. Your idea sounds good to me!

In the last week it was about five times. That hasn't happened in a few years.

It varies, but I'd say an average of once per week. I'm 24.

so I'm 26....and am at once a month with a steady girlfriend (4 yrs) that I live with!!! (is something wrong with this picture?)

if it were up to me it'd be at least once a day!

Im female, 19yr.s old and i have been with/ living with some one for about five months (hes 21).... went slowly from three times a day to three times a week or more. no complaints =)

It varies so much. Might be 2-3 times per week, or 2 or 3 weeks without. Just never know.

Edit- Oh yeah. I'm 32, she's 30. We've been together for 12 years, married for the past 7 yrs.

I'm 33, my wife is 34. We've been together almost 14 years. Right now, the trend is down, 2 times per week. But that really isn't the case. We cam go 2 or 3 weeks with nothing, then bang if you know what I mean!

I used to have much more frequent sex with my girlfriend. However this is now my last year at school and I'm a Biology major so my classes and lab demand most of my time (not to mention that I'm also involved in the executive board of some on-campus orgnizations as well) and I don't get to spend as much time with the girlfriend as I'd like.

Another problem is that my girlfriend has seriously let her physique slack since we've been together (almost three years now), so now she no longer has that nice tempting and bootylicious figure that initially caught my attention and yet she expects me to be turned on by her all the time and find her to be the sexiest woman on Earth even though she eats way too much and doesn't work out at all. So of course, our sex life is slowly but surely heading towards the abyss.

Working on once every 22 years...

Right now... I'm getting it 3 to 5 times a week. I'm 34 and have a new g/f (been together almost 3 months). The trend is certainly on the rise... no pun intended... since I was single for quite some time before that.

it may not always be "intercourse" but we engage in some kind of sexual "activity" at least 4 times a week Im 36, Dave is 31 and we have been together 1 year and 10 days :thumbsup:

I know i'm coming short to answer your query, but i'll be 42 in December. Currently...sex is about once every 2-3 months if lucky. Yeah....it sucks. This changed with age. I'm very sexual...my other lost the drive. I am considering an alternative lifestyle...never thought it would come to that, but guys...you gotta feel me here; Ladies...i'm sure the response is as diverse as the depths of the ocean, but males have needs too.

If it was up to me, I'd have sex at least every day. My gal has mellowed from the earlier days of our relationship.

I'd say about 3 times a week, but multiple times those days.

*Rant* Just based on your own words, I'd say that you are only interested in your girlfriend as a sexual object and not as a equal human being. Yes, I'm fat, and that does color my opinions a bit (but only a smidge). You say you've been with your GF for three years and in that time she's let "her physique slack" and "eats way too much and doesn't work out at all". Well, guess what?...people change!!!

My Hubby and I have been together almost 16 yrs. We were 17 1/2 when we met and I weighed all of 95 lbs., had a kick-ass body, and was beautiful back then (probably why he was drawin to me, although I was insecure and didn't realize any of that at the time). Within the first year we were together, actually the last 8 mths., I gained 100 lbs. and went from a 95 lb. girl to a 195 lb. girl with absolutely no change in diet or lifestyle (only change in my life was my parents getting divorced which was actually a very good thing). And no, I wasn't a closet eater, I didn't have late night binges and stuff my face with tons of junk food or any of the other cliche' things people who've never been fat like to throw around about why other people are fat. Like I said (and I've been tested by many doctors since), it just happened.

My Hubby is a very good-looking guy, not just in my eyes, but in many other females eyes as well. He had not even a year of my thin self before I gained weight and yet he has been with me for nearly 15 yrs. since. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" and obviously you can't behold beauty in someone who has a few extra pounds on her body.

I'm not saying fat is beautiful, but if you truly love your GF (of 3 yrs.!), than you need to accept her as she is or else tell her that you will never be able to deal with a less-than-perfect person and get your ass out of the relationship so she doesn't have any worse emotional fall-out (than she already will) if you do it any later on down the road.

Sorry, but I can't stand people who buy into the "Britany Spears/Supermodel" Hollywood ideal of what women should look like. Hello, take a look around you (unless you live in L.A.), 98.9% of women don't look like models/actresses/porn stars or any other woman that is in the media, get a clue people, please.

For those of you still in the dark, most of those Hollywood women don't even look like that in real life, it's called airbrushing. If you don't want your bubble popped, than don't check this site out! (I appoligize, I don't really know how to post links yet)

We are both 28, been together over 12 yrs and probably have sex 2-3 times per week. But I am easily persuaded to give a BJ or handjob on those nights when I'm not in the mood. So I think he's pretty happy with that.

Back when we first started having sex we were 17 and fucked like rabbits every day after school. Sometimes several times in one night. That tapered off when we went to college because it was harder to be alone (stupid dorm roommates!).

It's mostly me that has the 'mood' issues. He'd have sex at least once a day if I was still that horny all the time. Real life has taken hold though, and I'm not a carefree teenager anymore! alicat...that is really hard to swallow....the fact that you haven't changed your easting habits or excercise yet have put on 100 lbs in 8 months?? I call bull-S**T on that. There is no way you can pack on 100 lbs that quickly without eating alot more food.....or the same amount but just loaded in sugar and fat. I sympathize with doncalypso......hell I'm in the same boat.....I'm young and my gf has kind of fallen of the wagon.....and it's affecting my sex life cause she is unhappy with her looks. I'm supportive and all that BS....but she does nothing to change her appearance....so why should I tolerate it? My personal philosophy is to be in the best shape you can be...and if you aren't than you are lazy....and you are settling in your own life, let alone those that are affected by it.....so before losing it on calypso.....think of it from his perspective...

I'm 24 - loverboy's 26 and I'd say that we do it 2 times per week or up to 4 times if our daily schedule isn't too stressing or tiring for either of us. Of course we did it like 6 times per week when we first started seeing eachother but it's been about 2 times per week for the last 1½ years + the bonus of BJ's, oral sex and what not. That's a pretty good rate so I'm not complaining :)

im 23 and she is 28....its anywhere between 1 - 2 times a day depending on if her kid is busy watching cartoons or doing homework. Its a religious thing to wake up and its the first thing we do...helps start the day of right!
