I don't think they actual size of the clitoris matters, libido can be chemical in nature or just how that person is, and orgasms differ from person to person, but I don't think they are based on clitoris size. It would be comparable to saying that guys with bigger penis heads have larger sex drives and better orgasms.

There may be a corresponding relationship afterall. In the development of both males and females testosterone play a huge role in what sexual organs develop. In females the testosterone is normally released in a limited and finite increment which halts the growth of the clitoris into a penis-like organ. In male fetuses the testosterone induction is at a higher leverl over a longer , teriod of time. Among other things, testosterone it is actually significantly related to libido. Increased testosterone in a developing female fetus may very well cause the increased size/growth of the clitoris. If this female who had increased levels of prenatal testosterone induction which caused the enlarged clitoris continued to have increased testosterone production... she very well could have an increased testosterone driven libido.
