Poll: Women what would you rather
 

this is my first time to try making a poll so i hope i get it right

Women would you rather have a skinny (maybe scrawny) guy or a slighltly overweight (not obese but no muscle tone) guy?

I like a guy I don't feel like I'll break if I want to squeeze him. I know I've got some fat too, so why should I hold the standard that all the guys I date are super buff?

I also dated one of those "body builders" and 1. The 'roids weren't cool. 2. He was WAY too into his appearance. 3. He was downright rude when I didn't feel like wearing makeup to go to the grocery store.

To say the least. I'd rather have a not so tone guy (and even a scrawny guy!), that likes me for who I am. I am not a continuation of the guy's ego. :P

I like guys with meat on their bones. In fact, for a long time I had a bit of a crush on John Cleese.

Who am I kidding- I still have a huge crush on him.

I like nothing in between,I want..absolute lean,Scrawny is yummy... or..The oppisite..mmmm,Manly and beefy... beeeefy. No blubber,and no thin shapelessness..*shrug* I didn't even vote.

a bit more of a gut as opposed to a scrawny guy, unless the scrawny guy was tough... and could take some rough lovin'.... need me a man with some meat on him :D *licks lips deviously*

What people say they want and who they end up with are, more likely than not, light years apart in my experience.

What about us skinny guys with good definition?

I wouldnt want a scrawny guy....that is just disgusting. I would rather have a slightly over weight guy.....a guy with at least SOMETHING on him.

hmmm I dunno. It depends on the individual really. A chubby guy can be really hot as can a scrawny guy :crazy:

Where do you classify the line between skinny or lean and scrawny? For example, I'm 6' 3" and weigh about 160 pounds or so. I don't necessarily consider myself scrawny. (I lean towards gangly or lanky.) :D

In general, I like me my chubby guys...

However, I'm dating a 'skinny' one..... So I guess its not that important to me :p

That's what I'm wondering. One persons lean is another persons scrawny. And who am I to say I wouldn't want a guy with a gut when I've got a little one myself? So I'm not voting in this poll :p

I'm a little skinny but I can hold my own in the rough lovin, like fallen angel said, and i am by no means weak, so where does that put me?

It depends on the guy, given my choice, I'd only date gentlemen taller than myself (I'm only 5'9") but when I enjoy the company of the person I'm with, I don't notice superficial stuff.

(Now if he talked with his mouth full, then all bets are off)

^^^ ONLY 5'9"!?^^^ That's tall for a woman! *giggles* I love tall women with those long-ass legs!! Wish I had them, but I'm only 5'5" so bleh...

Anyway- back to the guys... I like a guy with meat, baby!
Although lean and defined is also good if they're on the tall side. They gotta be tall for me.

Boo on the women agaiunst scrawny guys. That's how women always describe me, and I realize how much it hurts my chances. Scrawny does not mean weak. I just wanted to clarify that.

Well, I wouldn't say I for sure have a preference one way or the other, it's really a case by case thing. But if I had to choose, I'd go with skinny. No worries scrawny guys, I almost always find you quite attractive! :icare: Maybe it's because I'm so small myself, I don't want a guy who would crush me. :p

hmmm, Some people would probably say im a scrawny guy but really im pretty muscular. 5'9" and i can easily bench my body weight.

what do you women have to say about us skinny athletic dudes?

*Joy!* There's hope for us slightly overwieght guys after all! At the very least this thread serves as a rather nice boost of the old self-confidence.

i dont really care how a guy looks.....as long as he takes care of himself....

i personally like a little more meat, but i tell ya, skinny guys can be totally hot too..... ;)

It's all in how they carry themselves. A skinny cocky guy - no way. A sweet meaty fellow - Alright!

I voted NOT skinny. A little extra tummy - no big deal. Especially if he's still cute or has a nice butt (like dei37 ;) )

I'm a victim of genetics. I used to lift weights all the time and though I got stronger, I never put on muscle mass.

I can eat whatever I want, whenever I want, and don't gain weight. My body fat % is very low. Metabolism through the roof. And I'm almost 30 and have no signs of it changing (I've been the same size for about 8 years).

Nice thing about being tall, however, is that no matter how skinny you are, you are *ahem* proportional *ahem* all around, if you catch my drift.

Derwood sounds a lot like me. I eat all the time and gain no weight.. Kinda sucks though I think..

i used to be blessed with a high metabolism like derwood and munku, but when i hit 20, that pretty much stopped. plus the fact that i started enjoying the taste of beer at around the same time... i grew out of my previously scrawny self pretty quick. :)

now i'm about in the middle... not cut or scrawny, but i don't really have any extra meat.

oh, and my girlfriend says i have a great ass. ;)
