For The Ladies: Victoria's Secret
I have a question for our members of the female persuasion: My girlfriend gets the Victoria's Secret cataog and when she gets one she likes to fold the pages of something she would like to get. I would like to surprise her something that she has chosen but the problem is is that she gets home first during the week. If I order something from the catalog/website does the package come plastered in Victoria's Secret logos? That would kind've ruin the surprise. Has anyone ordered anything in the mail from them? Also, if I take the catalog into one of the stores and point at the picture would they likely have that in the store? Thanks for any help, info, etc. you can provide. Thanks.

as far as i know, the stuff in the mail doesnt come plastered with logos, but when i ordered from fredericks of hollywood, there was one spot where it said "fredericks of hollywood" so i imagine VS might be the same. i agree with sixedmia, the store would have what you need and they're very friendly and helpful.
have fun

From a Victoria's Secret addict:
Yes, the package will be obvious that it is from Victoria's Secret, the type of packing is different than most, and the logo is fairly visible on the package itself. It terms of the catalog, if you're looking to get her a bra or underwear, then they will most likely carry it in the store and they can help you find it. They also have a great beauty (perfumes etc.) section that you can find many great gifts at in the majority of the stores. Also, it varies from location to location, of the three different stores that I go too, each one has more/less/different selection than the others. So just go, ask for help, and maybe you'll find what you're looking for. However, if you're looking to get her clothing, they do not carry that in the store, and you would have to order it online / on the phone. If you have to get it from the catalog - is there a work address you could ship it to? A friend's house? I'm sure you can find ways to be sneaky about it. And I guarentee she will be very happy! Good luck!

However, you may have to order something for your buddy's gf, too, because if she finds out a VS package came and there was nothing in it for her, he could be in the dog house. |
