how to 'clear' up nailmarks?
usually i'm not one to fuss about such a thing as nailmarks and scratches on my back and sides that have come during sex, but i'm concerned about a few of them scarring, namely one about 25cm long down my right hand side that is still as red(and not to mention painful when i sleep), as about an hour after she did it.
its started to scab in places - but i'm wondering if moisturising cream or anything like that would help clear it up, and minimise the chance of scarring. i've had ones no-where near as bad as this one that have left small scars that dont bother me, but this is... err.. TOO big. anyone have any thoughts on what i should do? |

thanks wagon, i've put on some stuff that is loaded with vitamin E that my bro's gf gave me, she thought it would be good for it aswell.
its not usually this bad - broken nail + great sex + having to be quiet for parents in other room = this result. |

what, you don't wear those scars proudly?
![]() But seriously, use antibacterial soap in the shower and moisturize with natural aloe (from the plant) and/or vitamin E - those should minimize scarring. I'd be more concerned about infection - fingernails can give a nasty infection depending on where they were prior to raking off your skin. |

/me arches his back to feel the scratches of the day before.
Ahhh, feels gooooood. I could use vitamin e, but then they'd be gone too quickly ![]()

Lanolin. Straight not just in a lotion. It's sticky but it stays on a long time. Keeps the skin moisturized and heals things great. After I had the stitches off my c-section scar and it was sealed I kept lanolin on it a lot. You can barely see it now only 4 years later.

a thing called "udder cream" heals skin fast, and protects it. its originally for dry chapped udders, but its for humans too now.

There is an expensive product called 'Mederma' that really works wonder on scars. It is pricey, but if you want those scars gone w/o a trace, it's a small investment. I've used it a couple of times on scars and it worked unbelievably.
