Penis Problems

Stupid Question #1: So I recently had some problems when I went to the bathroom. I get done urinating and after about 10 seconds I felt like I was going to piss on my pants, so I had to go back again. When I did so, it didn't look like urine but sperm, less thick and watery. When this happened it felt like I had no control over and thought I was going to soil myself but I didn't.

Stupid Question #2: There is no a little tiny tiny tiny grayish spot on the mouth of my penis.

Stupid Question #3: I am circumcised and I have always had this... I really don’t know how to describe it. There is a scar on my penis, not on the head, but the shaft, leading to the head, at the very end. I guess the base if that’s correct. (I have to take some sex ed) and half an inch underneath it there is another small scar. It looks like I have had it pierced, so if I pull the skin it sort of looks red and it scares me. Is that harmful? If I go to the doctor would they just slice that part of or what?

Stupid Question #4: Are the tiny lumps (Look more like dots) around the head of the penis normal? Also there is a little weird looking lump on the head of my penis that has always been there, the color is the same as everything else but it just looks like a outward dent.

So these are all my insecurities of my penis, anyone know anything about any of this? I will probably go see a doctor or get a physical or something but if anyone could help me that would be better.

A doctor would be the best idea. Sure, we might be able to help, but none of us (that I know of anyways) is a doctor, and no one will know better than one.

when in doubt, seek physician.

Uh.....ask a doctor please.

The little dots though, those MAY be normal. I recently found some info on PPP or Pearly Penile Paupules that like 20% of men have. Kind of wierd most people don't know about them, I bet it's scared a lot of guys into thinking they have something.

Do not worry about that. And FYI, I think the spot you're speaking of is called the Frenulum. But anyways, I have the same thing. It is just from the circumcision. You're just sounds like it was a little sloppier. If it hasn't sexually affected you yet or if it hasn't caused pain, then you have nothing to worry about.

But on the other hand, if you say it looks red, then you may want to get it looked at. It may somehow be infected.

So I went today and he just said okay drop the pants. I drop everything and I told him about (IT) and he said it’s all normal. This all happened in about 1 minute, which I thought he just wanted to get it over with or was busy or maybe because I am such a lunatic I think there is something wrong with me.

See a doctor.... that 's the best thing to do.

the red thing might be an indentation from when you had stitches for the circumsicion. spelling is hard for me. I'm dumb and lazy. I have a couple. They look like large pores and if you are not clean they can fill up with oil and dirt.

I bet the doctor was expecting "normal", saw "normal", and told you so. It might have been better if he'd given you the opportunity to express your unease. Maybe you should find a better doctor.

Nope, it all sounds within the range of normal.
1: It happens. There's nothing wrong with the plumbing unless, perhaps, it happens all the times.
2: Skin discoloration. You've probably got other spots on your skin that you don't know are there unless you're looking close enough.
3: Sounds like circumcision scars.
4: Perfectly normal. There's even slang for them. The term involves pearls (not pearl necklace) but I forget what it is exactly.

You should really take a human sexuality class at a college. What they teach in "lower" education is more often than not insufficient.

I have those bumps. I was very freaked out about it. i saw a doctor. it is those pearly penile papules. Well more than likely it is. it occurs more in uncirmsized men but it is in about of circumsized men.

I used to have a problem similar to that expressed in #1. This, happened before I was married, when I would masturbate a lot ;). Often, after a vigorous bout, I would feel the need to urinate really bad, but when I tried, nothing would come out, or only a small trickle. This could last for minutes or hours, and was truly annoying. I could never really explain the sensation, but it felt like I had a plumbing problem, like somehow after I came the lines got twisted, or there was a backflow or something. It only happened with masturbation, never sex, so it must have been something with my technique, or the frequency. Anybody else ever experince this sensation?

I am circumsized and I also have a "scar" on the underside of my shaft leading from the tip to the base. I don't know if this occurs only in circumcised men, or if everybody is like this. I was told by a doctor that it was nothing to worry about.

And to complete my story: I also have PPP, pearly penile paulpules, or whatever. Again, I don't think it's anything to worry about.

Thanks for being so honest and asking tough questions. I don't know why it's so hard for guys to talk about the health of their penis, but it is.

I've had the #1 thing happen once. It kind of hurt too. Didn't think too much of it and it never happened again.

If the other stuff has always been there, everything is probably fine. If it's new, I'd get it checked out. If you have any doubts, get it checked out.

the little bumps are normal, theres a thread about that somewhere...

id see a doctor about the milky stuff though....

agball 03-10-2004 10:34 AM

I would see a good urologist just to be safe
