I'm really lost in what to get my boyfriend for Valentines Day..does anyone have any ideas?

I have a special someone that I'd like to buy for but I have the same dillema as you do. I'll ask around and see if I can scrape up some ideas.

Well, the obvious answer is sex/sex-related (such as buying lingerie and modelling it for him, etc.).

Other than that, I'm not too good at thinking up stuff like this.

If you don't want to go the sex route, don't do anything too sappy, but maybe a night out on you, or even a night in with some movies that he likes.

I've been scrolling through this thread looking for an OriginalKing reponse like "ANAL" but havent' seen any.

Anyways - I don't expect anything for v-day, but I'd say just doing something out of the ordinary (in bed or otherwise) would do just fine.

Presents aren't really necessary, I've always been more of the giving type of guy. I do think that one of the best gifts that I could receive is a night alone with that special someone, just time to ourselves to enjoy each other and to be with each other. Now I do know that some women still want to be able to give a gift of some sort just because they feel badly about receiving extravagant gifts and not having anything to give in return. If a gift is a must then I do agree the sexy lingerie is always a good idea, or obvioulsy if the guy is into his car, then car parts. Just ladies, I can't stress this enough! if you're gonna buy him car parts, make sure you know enough about his car to do so, make, model, engine, year, because you get him the wrong part, and he just takes your word for it that it fits, it may end up being really really bad for the car....

Let's see, I was dating a guy once and I got him a set of Xenon (halogen) headlights. And everyone thought that I was this freakish girlfriend that bought headlights for her boyfriend for VALENTINE'S DAY (all the girls thought that...)! If you're not going the sensual/sex route, opt for something that's useful. Guys like me have a tendancy to really not find much value in something that isn't immediately useful, or something that takes up space (except tools; they don't count).

Tools.. most men I have known are tool freaks. Get them a tool and they are happy for a whole entire day till it's time to fix the things you had in mind when you bought the tool originally. So know that it doesn't work phsycologically. But to gain a smile for a whole 24 hours it has worked for me in past experinces.
