Kegels
Okay, so I've read the askmen.com article on kegels, but it doesn't answer one question - when will i notice results?
Is it like a regular workout, as in it could be a few months? Should I take off days in between? How often do you all do them? Thanks. |

You can do Kegels every day.
Should take a three weeks or so to notice real results. I do them in class when I get bored with the lecture, it's a very discreet little excercise. |

kegels are when you flex & hold the muscle that will cut off the flow of urine. Supposedly they make guys have better orgasms and make women tighter.

Guys can also flex and release during sex to delay orgasm so they can go indefinitely. It's easiest to do it in a position where you're doing all the moving, just do flex it with the rhythm, AFAIK. BTW, don't do this unless you've exercised it for a while, you could pull it.
