Premature Ejaculation
G'day everyone, I was suggested to ask for advice on this forum, from another forum (which was the wrong place to ask) So here I am :)
My name's Tim and I reside in Sydney, Australia... I'm 19 and i've been in a relationship with my girlfriend for 11 months (who I love to pieces) And well, we've been sexually active for 9 months and as of late (3 weeks or so) I've been umm, premature ejaculating... it makes me feel uncomfortable, and I can't pleasure her, or myself really.... It's never happened before, just lately..... and I havn't been able to last the err, "usual time" it's embarassing and makes me feel uncomfortable around my own girlfriend... I love her, and I don't want to feel uncomfortable around her.. Is there any advice, or anything that I could do to stop this from happening? any methods etc? Cheers all - Tim |
I suggest you try doin kegrel excercises, which strengthen your PC muscles, allowing you to stop effectively stop yourself from cumming. Do a search for kegrel on the forum. Hope this helps

When you feeling you're about to "lose it," you can always gently squeeze the head of your cock to slow the process.
When you're in there, try going more slowly, and if necessary, let your mind drift to other not-so-exciting topics. Does it help if you masturbate first earlier in the day? |
This isn't untypical at that age. Like someone said, do Kegels. I have never found thinking about other things particularly good since I really want to enjoy the moment. Masturbating earlier in the day can help as well (particularly at this age). It all depends on the woman on whether lasting a long time is important or not. My wife is small, and it chafes her if we go too long (more than 10 minutes). She also doesn't get her best orgasms from intercourse. More often, she enjoys certain positions as it hits the G-spot, and then I finish her off afterwards. Sometimes I give her an orgasm ahead of time and then we do intercourse a couple of minutes later when she isn't so sensitive. You might find that if you talk to your girlfriend about what really feels good and what gives her orgasms, it might be quite different from what your expectations are. If you spend the time to really talk to her about what she likes, your foreplay technique will improve ten-fold, and you will automatically become one of the few guys that has ever been willing to do this for her. That works a whole bunch better than worrying about whether you are lasting long enough.

Good trick for guys whic sometimes works. at least it has for a couple guys i know. They would masturbate just before we'd go out. It would let some of the pressure off... maybe other idea is to spend more time in foreplay. let your body get comfortablewith the coming sex.... thats about all i can come up with ouch I would hate to be where you are... if you want you could pm me we could talk more

Thanks Guys ;-)
We'll see what goes from here :) Cheers |
