I know exactly what you are talking about. It has happened to me a few times in the past. Everything was normal about the BJ except like you said it was just too much. I have no idea what causes it.

Once I get going, focusing on just the head is too much, I need my wife to stroke with the hand as well. That works really well, because for her it is too much to just use the hand.

meh i have never really had that problem. However one time i had a small cut on the bottom of my penis at the very base of the head and that hurt like a bitch when i got head. My suggestion is try getting head from her again and see if it hurts like that still. if it does then umm find another friend and see if its you or your friend causeing it.
