Have any of you used your wiley feminine ways to get something of value. Get out of a ticket, perhaps? How about a discount on a purchase? This can include sex or dressing up sexy/exposing yourself. So, have you?

Other than that, no. I'm sure the fact that I'm a fairly attractive woman has gotten me perks here or there. I don't think a guy would have gotten 5 free drinks in a bar from male bartenders :D

Definitely! In my single days, I rarely paid for anything, got all kinds of invites to thing I normally wouldn't be invited to--I admit that sometimes I did take advantage of the situation, but not often.

As a guy I was able to get discounts on items at a department store.

This girl I knew from high school worked there. She was a year or two younger, but anyways had a crush on me. I don't know why. Anyways, she said to come to her when I want to buy stuff. She would tag everything 50% off, or even mark it as the $5 clearance item.

After work she would invite me to her place. The great thing about it was that she did everything to me. No sex because she wanted to save it until marriage. But I got all the BJ's I could want. Nothing in return except to come over after work and spend time with her so she could giving me head. Get me food to eat and drink.

I left for college, and hadn't see her since. Grand total I had 6 Hugo Boss, and Armani suits, around 30 shirts, and pants for only $600, plus got head two to three times a week for 4 months.

I don't see how this is any different from a man using his masculine charm to get something of value. I'm sure everyone's done this to an extent (wherever you lie on the ethical spectrum). If by feminine ways you mean selling sex appeal as a method of manipulation, then I'd probably have to say that I've never done it intentionally or with an ulterior motive. Charm? Yes. Sex appeal? Nope, not in my point of view.

What about those with no cleaveage? :p

a) I've never had to get out of a speeding ticket (edit: never been pulled over for speeding)
b) I was once pulled over for a headlight being out and I got a fix-it ticket for it
c) and I don't have enough cleavage to work with anyway

Male charm, I think, has less to do with sex appeal per se than the projection of a certain image, of which there are a few. You have your alpha male, your rugged individualist traveler guy, your tortured artiste...

I guess you can apply that to female charm, too. But sex appeal seems to be more often used. What do you think?

I think you'd be a sucker to think that a woman is going to fuck you for a favor, but if you just have a soft spot for slutty women (maybe it's enough to mentally masturbate, I dunno), then I guess everyone wins and both parities walk away satisfied.

Actually, in retrospect, sex appeal may be related to how people treat you based on the superficial (i.e. how attractive you are). It's essentially one of those weird social oddities where attractive people are more likely to get an advantage over someone who's not as attractive (despite being more qualified, as in the workplace). I forget the details of a sociological study on attractiveness, but it definitely plays a large role in how people treat and respond to you. Sad but true.

Use every asset you have. Your mind, your knowledge your appearance. My wife uses cleavage for things, I think more along the lines of psychological warfare where it's a confusion tactic sometimes. I use my appearance in different ways. After a rather nasty back and leg injury, I'm now a BIG dude, and I use that sometimes for the intimidation factor, or even for the humor factor. We all use those things whether consciously or sub-consciously to manipulate situations to our advantage. It's a far more interesting world out there when you recognize posturing when it takes place!!!

When I was a waitress all I had to do was smile. That's not really sex appeal but I know that that's what was on the guy's minds. A lot of the people who ate at the cafe I worked at were construction workers and I look young so they thought i was underage. Gross, but i think I probably had a lot of them lusting after me. One of them asked me to go to the lake with im after work. Hell no! I hid form him every time he came in after that. But yes, I smiled when I served guys and laughed at what they said because I knew i would get more tips. I hated that job.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned tears. I've cried to get out of a speeding ticket (age 17) and it worked.
