Okay, a little poll here. How many of you guys make love/have sex in your socks. While perusing several amature sex sites, I've noticed a lot of photos of guys getting it on in their socks. Why? Just wondering since I don't wear socks during sex.

I don't like socks to begin with. I never wear socks to bed. And the only reason I'd wear socks during sex is if I completely forgot to take them off. Plus I have cute feet :D

Guys, take the socks off. It just looks goofy when you're naked yet wearing socks ;)

My wife, however, will not let me into bed with them on.

And regarding socks on guys in porn shoots, I've heard nasty things about the floors in those studios; same reason the women are still wearing their shoes.

just remeber shoes and socks don't or shouldn't count when you're playing strip poker!

Although my feet are probably really ugly as well. They're pretty big and clunky, I've sprained my ankles lots of times and my second toe is bigger (longer) than my big toe. I lucked out in the feet department.

Okay, about the porn shoots. Wouldn't the socks absorb the fluids? :eek: I would think that would make a person NOT wear them.

My girlfriend generally really interested in getting me out of my socks.

When they're left on, its unintentional - like missing the sock gap.

I picked they keep my feet warm, because they would, if I wore them.

First time with my GF, she laughed at me as I walked to the bed wearing nothing but socks. I was going to take them off anyways, but that was a pretty good reinforcment.

I refuse to wear socks during sex. It's just too weird for me.

I remember reading somewhere that they are wearing those socks because most of those things are shot/filmed in a studio with cold and dirty floors.

I never wear socks around the house... makes me too warm. My GF though, she gets cold a lot and sometimes leaves the socks on.

Possibly they're those slipper socks with the rubber on the bottom. You know, for traction. HAAHAHHAH

No socks on my feet during sex unless I happen to have shoes on also. Now on my wife....sometimes, I like her to were socks. My first experience with porn involved a woman wearing socks, and I've got a holdover from that, I think.

I dunno, I always feel less naked and vulnerable when I got the socks on. Without it, you got nothing.

in all seriousness, i can´t think of a bigger turn-off (well, i can, but my point is made) than wearing socks whilst having sex.

unless it is a heat of the moment quick office christmas party affair, then thats ok, but i think the humble sock is a demon that must be exorcised from ones romantic life.

I always thought the rule was "socks before pants" to avoid being laughed at. I generally follow it.....unless I am wearing my knee high fencing socks, of course.

Who cares what he's got on. As long as I'm gettin mine I could care less about what's he's wearing or not wearing. There probably has been times when he's kept them on but dont' really remember. I would say that due to our schedules most of our sex happens at night around bed time so he usually has them off already anyway.

My girlfriend is a Red Hot Chili Peppers fan, so I like to leave my sock on.

The SECOND- nay, the INSTANT my feet cross the threshold of my home I take off my shoes and socks. i can't stand my shoes being on at all, and i have NEVER been in just socked feet- and i've lived in very cold climates. I can't stand my feet being in shoes- they go on just before I walk out the door, and not a moment later. If i go somewhere where footwear is not needed, like to the beach, i leave barefoot, drive barefoot, and get home barefoot.

I've actually turned down quickie-sex at times because removing my shoes and socks was not an option due to time or setting.

Besides that, I can grip the bed with my toes- makes thrusting more interesting when you can thrust your whole body instead of just the hips. ;)

If it's sort of an improptu session, and disrobing completely doesn't need to be done i.e. a quicky while the kids are outside, then it's fine, but otherwise, always off.

Okay, I can understand the woman having her socks on. It just seems really weird to see a guy in bed with socks on. I mean, I've seen amateur orgy scenes and most of the guys have their socks on?!?!?!? It just confuses me, but then, I get confused pretty easily. :crazy:

As a rule I don't, but on occasion I have. The reason... I was so hot for my wife that I didn't want to take the extra 15 seconds to take im off...... I guess that falls in the I am lazy catergory.

I can't stand things (socks, stockings, etc.) on my feet when I'm in bed or laying down, for whatever reason. Call it a pet peeve..

I suppose it just depends on the situation. I don't really think about what's on my feet and concentrate more on what's on Mr. Happy. Although, I did make my last girlfriend take off her Elmo socks because I felt like I was craddle-robbing. Socks aren't that big of a deal but if you do take them off it allows you to maintain a constant body temperature.

My wife likes me to take everything off when I have sex, so I do.

As far as order of clothing removal is concerned, I believe socks should be taken off WHILE taking something else off. If your coordination isn't good enough for that, you're not going to be worth much later.

I leave my siocks on because one i like socks a lot and two its no natural when striping or being stripted(sp) to worry about socks or to bend down to your toes

I'm not picky, but I'd prefer to not wear them... Guys look pretty dumb wearing nothing but socks.
