I had one for awhile. First off, they would *never* pass off as a flashlight. ;p They feel pretty good, but they can make funny sucking noises, kinda kills the mood.

IMO they're worth the price, since they can be found cheap, and are kinda discreet (as in, someone won't know it's a sex toy at first glance)

Okay, I will also admit to owning one of these. The pain with it is that it requires instant cleaning once you're done with it. If you like to have your fun before you go to sleep, you might find it annoying to get out of bed and rinse it out before you lay back down.

After the glowing reviews in this thread, my getting paid on the 15th, and my ongoing quest for masturbatory bliss....I bought one today.

All of you that bought it, I'm just going to warn you, the first time isn't that great, but when you get used to using it, its awsome. I always use mine in the shower with conditioner. A little conditioner goes a long way, its cheap, and it doesn't wash away like water-based lubes. Let me know how you like them when you get it.

Is there any particular reason to order the 'regular' over the super-ultra-mega tight? Who wouldn't get the tightest possible? Or does it not expand very well to accomodate a larger girth?

It all depends on what you like. The Ultra-tight is really tight, so I've found that its hard to cum in. The regular pussy feels like a woman in her mid-20's, so its perfect for me since I'm a little bigger then average.

Well...A status update:

I received mine today.

First impression:

Interesting, lots of powder in the bag in which the insert shipped. Opened bag, strongish vanilla scent (the smell of the insert). The insert felt quite good, I don't know about skin-like...but good.

The case is plastic, and looks its $15.00 cost. It is a strange kind of substantial, yet kinda cheap feeling plastic. It also has some irregularities. Overall, it looks like it will serve as an insert holder quite well, but few would mistake it for a flashlight except at /very/ first glance.

Due to other commitments, I have not been able to try it until now.

I took a shower with my new insert, washed it thouroughly (sp?), and let it soak in a bowl of hottest-possible tap water for a while.

upon removal from the bowl, it was very very sticky. I had read about this in the fleshlight forums, and was prepared with gold bond powder (anti-fungal, and a water-absorber). It took quite a bit of powder to restore its soft-fleshy texture.

I then prepared myself, cracked open the sample lube, and had a relatively good time with it.

Notes:

Let it soak in hot water for a good long time. I didn't let mine soak long enough, and it was only mostly warm....did not feel like a warm vagina, far too cool. The toy also doesn't hold heat all that well. Get it much hotter than you want it, then play with it as it cools.

Use plenty of lube....I noticed that it was kinda non-slippery, so I added a bit more lube and was suprised about how quickly it changes the feel of the insert.

Play with the end cap. It changes how everything feels.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. It feels much better than anything else I've tried...

Slick: The instructions mention not to play with it around soap...apparently soap breaks down the gel slowly. (you can clean with alcohol)
