This is kinda weird, so I'll start here:

Why can't I cum in certain positions while having a BJ? The only way I can is laying down.. It doesn't work standing or sitting, and it's really annoying

I've also been having a problem from cumming at all by a BJ, hands have worked for me more lately, though I know some meds I take make it harder.. What do you guys concentrate on that helps you come during a BJ? I usually look at my wife and tell her how pretty she is, etc.. It helps a bit but I wish there was a sure-fire way to cum..

I have noticed it's much easier for me to get off from head if I spread my legs as much as possible. Don't know why but when I sense she's getting tired I just open my legs as wide as I can without getting a hip cramp and it works for me within a minute or two. I think it's partially due to the extra exposure of my genital area makes it more sensitive. Maybe it will work for you.
